Senator Joseph Biden said this of Barack Obama:
I mean, you’ve got the first mainstream African-American who’s articulate,
bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.
The implication is, of course, that the entire Congressional Black Caucus consists of inarticulate, stupid, dirty, and ugly Negroes. And "Negroes" is not the word Biden's fellow Senator, Robert Byrd (KKK-WV), aka Senator Sheets, would probably use.
